Binding booking terms
Executive sparring is individually reserved advisory time. These terms provide clarity for booking and protect the binding nature of the agreed appointment.
This is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.
Service and provider
Executive sparring is a personally delivered, confidential advisory service by video conference. The provider is Ghirmay Board Advisory Consulting, brand Gregor Ghirmay Executive Advisory, owner Gregor Teamrat Ghirmay, Auf der Scheib 6a, 65439 Flörsheim am Main, Germany. The service consists of the agreed advisory time, not a particular career or business outcome.
Booking and fee
Sessions can be booked for 30 minutes at €250, 60 minutes at €350 and 90 minutes at €450. The total prices displayed before booking apply. The appointment reservation is binding. After confirmed payment, the appointment, video link and billing documents are sent to the email address provided.
Binding appointment reservation
For each confirmed appointment, the booked advisory time is reserved exclusively. Clients are responsible for attending punctually and for ensuring the technical requirements for the video conference. Late attendance does not, as a rule, extend the agreed duration of the session.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancellations must be received by email at office@gregorghirmay.com at least 24 hours before the agreed start of the appointment. In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the full agreed fee is due and will not be refunded. There is no entitlement to a free replacement appointment. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Payment and documents
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the booking process. Booking confirmation, access details and invoice or receipt are provided by email after confirmed payment. The privacy notice applies in addition.
Withdrawal and statutory rights
Statutory rights of withdrawal apply to consumers. Details are set out in the cancellation policy for executive sparring, including the model withdrawal form. Any required consent to the early start of the service is obtained separately. Statutory rights are not restricted by these booking terms.
